Studentnet^® has been assisting schools since 1996. It became a separate business in 2008 providing computing resources to the Australian education community.

The name Studentnet,^® the Studentnet,^® logo, and Make the Cloud Yours!^® are Registered Trade Marks 796793, 799597 and 1480792. Unfortunately the name is being used without our permission by several education institutes for the provision of network services, the class for which our Trade Mark is registered.

So why does that matter?

What should you do if misled by a non-genuine site?

Tell the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), which is responsible for administering the Trade Practices Act
Contact the Internet Industry Association and express your concern
