Economics Twilight Dinner

What is the Course About?

The pre-dinner speaker will update teachers of Economics with information on Australia’s place in the global economy.

This will be followed by a dinner allowing teachers of Economics to consider how they can best implement the issues raised in the previous session. Teachers will also have an opportunity to network with others and consider implementation of the New HSC Economics course.
How Will the Course Be Presented?  

3.30 p.m.                 Registration

4.00 - 5.00 p.m.        Presentation by Dick Bryon followed by questions

5.00 - 6.00 p.m.        Presentation by Andrew Gill followed by questions. 

 

Outcomes of the Conference:

As a result of participating in this course it is expected that teachers will gain:

  •  an update of course content for topics 1 and 2 HSC Economics course;
  •   an opportunity to meet with colleagues;
  •    awareness of how other schools are approaching the new course.
