| How
Will the Course Be Presented?
This is a workshop style course with an emphasis on participants learning from each other through group discussion and exercises. The presenter will contribute frameworks and tools to ensure a focussed and well structured program. Participants will be asked, as pre-work, to identify and document case examples of their efforts to introduce or manage change where the result was less than completely positive. This course is
a companion program to the Leading Your Faculty course for
Heads of Faculty. It includes an 360o Feedback Survey designed
to enable school managers to obtain anonymous and confidential team
member feedback and to explore its implications in a safe setting. |
